I wrote it up here.īajor Defense Set (Multi-Faction Mission Reward: Scrylla and Charybdis) This is a solid set, I wrote it up here. This set just came out a couple of months ago. You really need to have the ideal toon/ship combo to squeeze this set’s potential. Preeminent Set (Multi-Faction Mission Reward: Melting Pot) This four piece set is powerful but has a narrow band of uses.
If you like melee weapons this one is solid doing some toxic poison damage along with 80% shield penetration. Torg’s Dishonered Bat’leth (Multi-Faction Mission Reward: Brushfire) This solo item is also granted the first time you run through the mission along with the console.
You get a special transphasic torpedo launcher and a delicious 360° omni-beam array along with a powerful console. It is a sleek KDF ordnance set that is multi-faction usable. House Martok Set (Multi-Faction Mission Reward: Brushfire) This set is pretty boss. Fire these with “High Yield” and they are upgraded to nuclear warheads. This system replaces a torpedo launcher and utilizes torpedo BOFF abilities. Kentari Mass-Produced Missile Launcher (Multi-Faction Mission Reward: Mirrors and Smoke) This item is also available with the same mission as the above Kentari ground set, but is a separate “one-off” item. The set bonuses are sweet and the active bonus for all three pieces is a chemical AOE attack. The weapon is plasma based with a Kentarian twist dealing residuum damage as a stackable proc. Kentari Fortified Set (Multi-Faction Mission Reward: Mirrors and Smoke) This set dials up the classic ground shield, combat armor, and a special weapon. This is a solid set friends that adds some excellent passive stealth boosts. Romulan Operative Set (Multi-Faction Mission Reward: Survivor) This set is for the ground and offers up a shield, armor, and a pistol for your missions on Terra Firma. I wrote the set up here along with the Lukari Set from the Reputation system. Even if you didn’t get the ship, the three pieces are still worth a few runs through mission. You get three of the four pieces for completing the mission three times and the fourth piece comes installed on the Lukari giveaway ship for the 7th Anniversary Event. The Covariant shield offers one of the fastest regeneration speeds for that class of shield. I wrote about this set here.īraydon Recon Set (Multi-Faction Mission Reward: Of Signs and Portents) This set is pretty solid. It is ideal for players using disruptor weapons as it offer set bonuses designed to boost disruptor damage and penetrate hull resistance. The set will work across all factions however. Updated mission delicious items since August 2016 :Įntoiled Technology Set (Multi-Faction Mission Reward: Echoes of Light) This set is ideal for players flying Nausicaan ships int he KDF as it is Nausicaan technology. With regards to the ground sets, even if you are not a fan of a particular set, you can use these sets on your away team members.
